A FIR tiltakozik egy dán veterán antifasiszta szövetség elnöke ellen folytatott politikai per botrányos ítélete miatt.
A FIR nagy felháborodással értesült arról, hogy 2011. június közepén a dán Horserod Stutthof Foreningen (HSF – a stutthofi foglyok és hozzátartozóik szövetsége) elnökét, a 72 esztendős Anton Nielsen-t, több hónapos elzárásra ítélték, terrorista szervezetek állítólagos támogatása miatt.A FIR már 2011. januárjában írásban fordult a dán igazságügyi miniszterhez, amelyben egyértelműen tiltakozott a főügyész vádjaival kapcsolatban, kinyilvánította, hogy a HSF
nem terrorista egyesület és a „terrorizmus támogatására” vonatkozó vád, csak egy rosszindulatú feltételezésen alapszik.
Emellett újból megismételjük, hogy a HSF évtizedek óta támogatja a megemlékezési munkálatokat és tevőlegesen részt vesz a túlélők politikai egyesületének azon célkitűzésének a megvalósításában, hogy „A nácizmus gyökeresen megsemmisülésre kerüljön ! Jöjjön létre
a béke és a szabadság új világa !”
A HSF, a többi országban működő antifasiszta szövetségekhez hasonlóan, az ENSZ emberjogi deklarációja és egyéb, vonatkozó határozatai alapján a szociális és katonai elnyomás ellen, egy igazságos berendezkedésért küzd az egész világon. Ebben a küzdelemben partnerek a nemzeti felszabadítási mozgalmak és a szociális szervezetek, amelyek a háborúktól és elnyomástól érintett emberek megsegítésére szerveződtek. A HSF részéről konkrét pénzügyi támogatást ajánlott a Gaza övezet humanitárius megsegítéséhez és a kolumbiai FARC projekt megvalósításához.
A „terrorizmus támogatásának” a vádja végső konzekvenciájában az amerikai „Patriots Act”
politikáját az európai jogi normák fölé helyezi, azok vezérelvévé teszi. Ez olyan politikai képtelenség, amit nem tudunk elfogadni.
A koppenhágai botrányos bírói zárszó kapcsán megismételjük követelésünket:
Vonják vissza Anton Nielsen bajtársunkra, a dán HSF elnökére vonatkozó ítélet !
Egy olyan országtól, mint Dánia elvárjuk, hogy az egyesült Európa tekintélyes partnereként hagyjon fel a „terrorista üldözési hisztériával” , tartsa tiszteletben a nácizmus és a megszállás,
valamint a rasszizmus és az antiszemitizmus elleni harc közös eszméit, amelyet egy demokratikus és békés fejlődésért folytatunk.

Dänische Antifaschisten sind keine Terroristen!
FIR protestiert gegen das Skandalurteil im politischen Prozess gegen den Vorsitzenden eines dänischen antifaschistischen Veteranenverbandes
Mit großer Empörung musste die FIR erfahren, dass Mitte Juni 2011 der Vorsitzende der dänischen Horserød Stutthof Foreningen, der 72jährige Anton Nielsen, zu einer mehrmonatigen Haftstrafe wegen angeblicher Unterstützung terroristischer Vereinigungen verurteilt wurde.
Schon im Januar 2011 hat die FIR in einem Schreiben an den dänischen Justizminister in aller Deutlichkeit gegen die Anklage des Reichsanwaltes protestiert und deutlich gemacht, dass die Horserød Stutthof Foreningen, der Zusammenschluss der ehemaligen Häftlinge von Stutthoff und ihrer Angehörigen, keine terroristische Vereinigung ist und der Vorwurf der „Unterstützung des Terrorismus“ nur eine böswillige Unterstellung darstellt.
Dabei wiederholen noch einmal: Horserød Stutthof Foreningen unterstützt seit Jahrzehnten die historische Erinnerungsarbeit und tritt dafür ein, dass das politische Vermächtnis der Überlebenden: „Vernichtung des Nazismus mit seinen Wurzeln! Schaffung einer neuen Welt des Friedens und der Freiheit!“ Wirklichkeit wird.
Wie die antifaschistischen Verbände in allen Ländern wirkt die Horserød Stutthof Foreningen für eine gerechte Weltordnung auf der Grundlage der Menschenrechtsdeklaration und der Beschlüsse der Vereinten Nationen und damit gegen soziale und militärische Unterdrückung. Partner sind dabei die Bewegungen zur nationalen Befreiung und soziale Kräfte, die Hilfe für die von Kriegen und Unterdrückung betroffenen Menschen organisieren. Vorgeworfen wurde der Horserød Stutthof Foreningen nun konkret, dass sie sich finanziell für humanitäre Hilfe in Gaza und ein soziales Projekt der FARC in Kolumbien engagierte.
Eine solche Arbeit als „Unterstützung des Terrorismus“ zu denunzieren, bedeutet in letzter Konsequenz, die politischen Vorgaben des amerikanischen „Patriots Act“ zur Richtschnur der europäischen Rechtsnorm zu machen. Das ist ein politische Ungeheuerlichkeit, die wir nicht hinnehmen können.
Wir wiederholen – gerade nach dem skandalösen Richterspruch von Kopenhagen – unsere Forderung:
Rücknahme der Verurteilung des Kameraden Anton Nielsen, des Vorsitzenden der dänischen Horserød Stutthof Foreningen.
Wir erwarten von einem Land wie Dänemark, das ein respektierter Partner in einem vereinten Europa sein will, keine „Terroristenhysterie“, sondern Respekt vor den gemeinsamen Erfahrungen des Kampfes gegen Nazismus und Okkupation, gegen Rassismus und Antisemitismus und für eine demokratische und friedlichen Entwicklung.

Danish anti-fascists are not terrorists!
FIR protest against the scandalous verdict in the political process against the head of a Danish anti-fascist veterans association
With great indignation, the FIR had to realize that mid-June 2011, the chairman of the Danish Horserød Stutthof Foreningen, the 72 year old Anton Nielsen, was sentenced to several months' imprisonment for alleged support of terrorist organizations.
Already in January 2011 the FIR protested in a letter to the Danish justice minister in no uncertain terms against the charges of empire attorney and made clear that the Horserød Stutthof Foreningen, the organization of former prisoners of CC Stutthoff and their relatives, is not a terrorist organization and charge of "supporting terrorism" is only a malicious allegation.
Therefor we repeat: Horserød Stutthof Foreningen supported for decades the historical memory work and advocated that the political legacy of the survivors becomes reality: "destruction of Nazism, with its roots! Creation of a new world of peace and freedom! "
The same as anti-fascist groups in all countries Horserød Stutthof Foreningen stands for a just world order based on the human rights declaration and the resolutions of the United Nations and thus against social and military oppression. Partners are the movements for national liberation and social forces that help to organize the people affected by war and oppression. Horserød Stutthof Foreningen was now accused that they are financially committed for humanitarian aid in Gaza and a social project of the FARC in Colombia.
To denounce such work as "supporting terrorism" means, ultimately, to make the policy work of the American "Patriot Act" to the guiding principle of European legal norms. This is a political monstrosity, we can not accept.
We repeat - just after the scandalous verdict of Copenhagen - our demand:
Withdrawal of the condemnation of comrade Anton Nielsen, chairman of the Danish Horserød Stutthof Foreningen.
We expect that a country like Denmark, which wants to be a respected partner in a united Europe, does not drive a "terrorist hysteria," but shows respect for the shared experience of struggle against Nazism and occupation, racism and antisemitism and for a democratic and peaceful development.
