Az elmúlt héten Hanti Vilmost, az Ellenállók Nemzetközi Szövetsége (FIR) – Antifasiszta Szövetség, és a magyar antifasiszta szövetség (MEASz) elnökét egy csoport újfasiszta garázda megtámadta.
Egy antifasiszta tüntetést és véleménynyilvánítást követően, amely az antiszemitizmus és az újfasizmus ellen irányult, egy csoport fiatal rátámadt Hanti Vilmosra és úgy megütötte, hogy kórházba kellett szállítani. Már az antifasiszta véleménynyilvánítás alatt megkísérelte ez a csoport a beszédet tartókat a rendőrség szeme láttára hangosbeszélőkkel megzavarni és a résztvevőket megfélemlíteni. Amikor a véleménynyilvánítás után a rendőrség visszavonult, elérkezni látták az újfasiszta provokatőrök az alkalmat ahhoz, hogy nemcsak szóban, hanem ütésekkel is rátámadjanak a "magyarság ellenségeire", ahogy őket megnevezték.
Ezzel a fasiszta erőszak új minőséget ért el Magyarországon. A szélsőjobboldali JOBBIK erőszakos támadásainak első áldozatai a roma kisebbséghez tartozók voltak. Most demokratákat támadnak. Már néhány hónappal ezelőtt szidalmazó kampányt kezdtek Hanti Vilmos ellen a szélsőjobboldali médiumok anélkül, hogy bármely bíróság megálljt parancsolt volna a hecckampánynak. Ez az izgatás most valós erőszakhoz vezetett.
Mutassuk ki szolidaritásunkat a FIR elnök Hanti Vilmossal. Írjatok leveleket a magyar követségekhez, amelyeknél tiltakoztok az ellen, hogy Magyarországon a szélsőjobb szóban és tettben is kiélheti dühét a kisebbségek, a demokraták és antifasiszták ellen. Az Európai Közösség egyetlen állama sem engedheti meg, hogy a szélsőjobb megfélemlítést gyakoroljon a kisebbségekkel vagy "ellenségnek" kikiáltott emberekkel szemben.

Solidarität mit Vilmos Hanti
In der vergangenen Woche wurde Vilmos Hanti der Präsident der Internationalen Föderation der Widerstandskämpfer (FIR) – Bund der Antifaschisten und Präsident des ungarischen antifaschistischen Verbandes MEASZ, von einer Gruppe neofaschistischer Gewalttäter überfallen.
Im Anschluss an eine antifaschistische Demonstration und Kundgebung in Budapest, die gegen Antisemitismus und Neofaschismus gerichtet war, griff eine Gruppe von Jugendlichen Vilmos Hanti an und schlug ihn so, dass er in ein Krankenhaus gebracht werden musste. Bereits während der antifaschistischen Kundgebung hatte diese Gruppe unter den Augen der Polizei mit Sprechchören versucht, die Redner zu stören und die Teilnehmenden einzuschüchtern. Als sich nach der Kundgebung die Polizei zurückzog, sahen die neofaschistischen Provokateure die Gelegenheit gekommen, nicht nur mit Worten, sondern auch mit Schlägen die „Feinde des Magyarentums“, wie sie sie nennen, anzugreifen.
Damit ist eine neue Qualität faschistischer Gewalt in Ungarn erreicht. Die ersten Opfer gewalttätiger Übergriffe der extremen Rechten JOBBIK waren Angehörige der Roma-Minderheit. Nun werden Demokraten attackiert. Schon vor einigen Monaten hatten extrem rechte Medien eine Verleumdungskampagne gegen Vilmos Hanti gestartet, ohne dass irgendein Gericht dieser Hetze Einhalt geboten hätte. Nun wurde diese Hetze zur realen Gewalt.
Zeigen wir unsere Solidarität mit dem Präsidenten der FIR Vilmos Hanti. Schreibt Briefe an die ungarischen Botschaften, in denen ihr dagegen protestiert, dass in Ungarn die extreme Rechte in Wort und Tat gegen Minderheiten, gegen Demokraten und Antifaschisten wüten kann. Kein Land der Europäischen Gemeinschaft darf es zulassen, dass extrem rechter Terror gegen Minderheiten oder als „Feinde“ deklarierte Menschen ausgeübt wird.

Neo-fascist attack against the president of FIR
Solidarity with Vilmos Hanti!
Last week Vilmos Hanti, president of the International Federation of Resistance Fighters (FIR) – Association of Anti-fascists and president of the Hungarian antifascist federation MEASZ, was attacked by a group of neo-fascist violators.
In the wake of an anti-fascist demonstration and manifestation in Budapest, which was directed against anti-Semitism and neo-fascism, a group of young people attacked Vilmos Hanti and beat him so that he had to be taken to a hospital. During the anti-fascist rally this group had already tried – under the eyes of the police – with shouting, interrupting the speakers and to intimidate the participants. When the police moved back at the end of the manifestation, the neo-fascist provocateurs saw the opportunity come to attack not only with words but also with blows, thous they call "enemies of Magyars".
That is a new quality of fascist violence in Hungary. The first victims of violent attacks by the extreme right JOBBIK were members of the Roma minority. Now, Democrats are attacked. Some months ago, extreme right media had launched a smear campaign against Vilmos Hanti, without that any court would stop this baiting. Now, this smear campaign changed to real violence.
Let us show our solidarity with the President of the FIR Vilmos Hanti. Write letters to the Hungarian embassies to protest that the extreme right can rage in Hungary with words and depravations against minorities, against democrats and antifascists. No country of the European Community must let it that extremely right terror will be exercised against minorities or as "Enemies" declared people.
Fascism is not a meaning, but a crime!
